Windows Media Player 9.0 or superior should be installed in your browser.

To make download and installation follow the guidelines below for your browser:

I.E.

• 1) Access tools;
• 2) Access ons;
• 3) Select Find more extensions;
• 4) Locate the Plugin Windows Media Player on the official Microsoft site and do the installation;

Chrome

• 1) Google Chrome detects a missing plug-in for a given page at the top of the webpage you are prompted to install this plug-in.
• 2) Click Install plug-in message. After the installation is done, close all pages and reopen the browser.

Firefox

• 1) Access tools;
• 2) Access ons;
• 3) Select Find more extensions;
• 4) Visit the official site of Mozilla Firefox, find the plugin and proceed with the installation.

Enable internet access to the following domains:

• www.mzvaluemonitor.com
• http://viavid.net
• IP 187.45.247.112
• mz.play.netpoint.com.br
• Enable access to port 1755, mms protocol
• Enable access to port 554, rtsp protocol
• Enable access to port 80, http protocol
• Enable access to port 8070

* In Internet Explorer 9, depending on your video card, you may have to enable Software Rendering to view the video control buttons. To do so:

• In tools, select Internet Options
• Select the advanced tab
• Look for Accelerated Graphics and check the option Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering.
